Atlanta Roofing & Remodeling Reviews

‘‘Great price. Thank you so much did a great work here in Atlanta built me a deck and did a great job and I am happy with the work they left me.

‘‘This company is truly experienced! They do an amazing job all the time. They’re very honest and professional. I would recommend them for any and every service. They have excellent communication and super fast with their work. I am truly impressed to find a company with such integrity nowadays.

‘‘It took us a long time to find a reliable contractor. Trace and Peng were very straightforward and kind to guide us in renovating our office building. They are very considerate and have great pride in their work. We had new roof changed with brand new decking. The wood/stucco exterior of our building painted. They basically did a 360• to our building. We were hesitant with getting contractors due not sure of job completion. Trace’s team was able to get the job done without to much interference to our work schedule. We hope to continue to use them for future projects. They are great on communication and they always have supervision on the job site.

‘‘Trace and his crew at Atlanta Roofing demonstrated exceptional determination, attention to detail, and generosity in the completion of our project. Their persistence with Atlanta City Hall even amid the Covid-19 pandemic meant that we were able to proceed with our roof replacement/renovation. We could not have accomplished this renovation without them. Our project was a very long haul (almost a year), but the results are well worth the wait. In the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Atlanta Roofing’s persistence with City Hall and the speed with which their crew worked once the permit was in hand was truly amazing. Their team exceeded all of our expectations and left us with a church that we can truly be proud of. At every stage of the project, the crew performed with exceptional professionalism and talent. From removing the roof, to painting, to hanging the chandeliers, each step of the process was performed with expertise and an eye toward the end product. Their generous and unexpected gift of the painting our exterior woodwork touched us more than they can know. Because of this exterior painting, our little church on the corner has taken on an entire new persona, and a look that corresponds with the quality of our newly renovated interior. The creation of the overhang, soffit and fascia on our parish hall annex (where none existed before), makes the whole building appear seamless, not to mention resolving the rain damage issues caused by the original roof with no overhang at all. In short, thank you does not go nearly far enough. The people of St Hilda’s will be forever grateful to Trace and his crew for helping us realize our dream of a new roof and a renovated interior. The completed project far exceeds our initial expectations. Thank you for everything.

‘‘From the first phone call requesting an estimate for my roof replacement, coordinating dropping the dumpster in my driveway, the installation team arriving on time, the clean up, and subsequent follow up; I received great customer service from Atlanta Roofing. My new roof is beautiful!

‘‘A little over a year ago, we had some roof damage from a storm. Our roof was quite old and the damage caused the roof to leak. We gave Atlanta Roofing a call and they had the roof tarped the same day. A couple days later our roof was fully installed in just one day, along with a great warranty! They were easy to work with and our insurance company worked well with them as well. The roof is holding up great and we couldn't be more satisfied. Definite recommend!

‘‘After reviewing several companies we decided that Atlanta Roofing was the best choice for our roof replacement. Trace is the proud, confident owner of his family-run business and it shows in every detail. He and brother Donnie were available every step of the way to guarantee that the job was done right. They were on a mission to provide quality product, workmanship and service. The proof is in the results and we are extremely happy with our beautiful new roof! We highly recommend that you call Atlanta Roofing. Thank you, Trace.

‘‘I had a leaky roof due to rain, and I needed the roof replaced asap. I spoke to several roofers and Trace was very responsive, upfront, and put me at ease immediately. I found the pricing reasonable and a good value compared to other estimates. he was able to schedule the work quickly. I had an added complication of not being local and needing him to work with my tenant's schedule and requests. He and his brother, Donnie, worked through the logistics to make sure the on site trailer was out of the way of the tenant who was having a shower the day prior to work commencing. Trace and Donnie made a stressful situation so much easier and actually pleasant. I had complete confidence that they would deliver what they promised, and they did. They offer a one time transferable warranty which was very important to me since I was in the process of selling the house. I highly recommend Atlanta Roofing without hesitation! Thank you, Trace, for a wonderful experience!

‘‘I highly recommend Atlanta Roofing and Remodeling for anyone needing roofing and exterior remodeling services. They recently completed a metal roof replacement, installed new gutters and downspouts, built a beautiful back porch addition, and painted the exterior brick walls of my property in Johns Creek. The transformation was incredible. Every detail was handled with care, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The crew completed the project on time, kept the job site clean, and made the entire process stress-free. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire project. I am extremely satisfied with my new metal roof, back porch, gutters, and freshly painted exterior. Thank you, Trace and the entire Atlanta Roofing team, for your honesty, professionalism, and excellent work. I highly recommend Atlanta Roofing and Remodeling to anyone looking for metal roof replacement, gutter installation, porch additions, exterior painting, and home remodeling services in Johns Creek and the surrounding areas.

‘‘We highly recommend Atlanta Roofing. The owner, Trace Hickman was very prompt in coming out for an estimate. He made valuable suggestions for some much needed repairs. The estimate and scope of the work was itemized meticulously. They were in contact with us prior to all deliveries, making sure that everything was going well and on time. The quality of the materials and workmanship was fantastic! The entire crew was very professional. It was a pleasure working with them. Our new roof is beautiful!
